Mobii Driver Form Questions

Below is the list of questions from the Mobii Driver Form. We’ve gathered them here so you can easily review and prepare your answers and any required files to become a Mobii Driver.

1. Personal Details

Required: Provide your personal details. By providing these details you agree to Mobii’s Privacy Policy.

2. Vechile Registration

Required: Please enter your number plate.

3. Upload your National Identity Card (Passport/ Citizenship/ Birth Certificate / Immigration Card)

Required: Important guidelines for a successful upload include; Matching your name on your driver’s license, ensuring the whole document is visible, no glare or blurry words, all details can be easily read, the document is valid and not expired.

4. Upload your profile photo

Required: Please upload a photo for your driver profile. Make sure your face is clearly visible so we can easily identify you in relation to Question 3.

5. Upload your driver’s license (Front Only)

Required: Please check that your driver’s license is still valid, and avoid using flash to ensure all details are easily readable.

6. Upload your driving record

Required: Ensure the record is less than 30 days old and includes all pages. To get your NSW Driving Record, follow these steps: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/request-a-driving-record

7. Upload your Vehicle Insurance Certificate (VIC)

Required: Only a VIC will be accepted. Please ensure the registration is active, with the end date clearly displayed. The VIN number on your vehicle must match the one on your insurance policy document. Your name, matching your driver’s license, must appear as the policyholder or a named driver. The insurance provider’s logo or signature should be clearly visible, and the coverage type must be listed as either ‘Comprehensive’ or ‘Third Party Property.’

8. Australian Business Number (ABN) 

Required: Company name or your first name and surname, Street address, Town/City, Country, Postcode, ABN & GST Registration Confirmation. 
By providing your details, you agree to point 20 in our terms and conditions found on question 11. 

9. Submit enhanced background check

Required: Complete this form https://app.nationalcrimecheck.com.au/consumer/start_form
All driver-partners are required to undergo an enhanced background check through National Crime Check (NCC). You can submit your request online, and it will typically be processed within 14 days. 

10. Submit a passenger transport licence code

Required: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/application-for-a-passenger-transport-licence-code

To apply for your passenger transport licence code, take the necessary documents and application form to your nearest service NSW centre. 

11. Mobii Driver Training 

Required: Complete the Mobii Driver training course. 

12. Terms and Conditions

Required: Select the “I Agree” checkbox and agree to Mobii’s Terms and Conditions.
